This report will show all the transactions (pickups, drop, trades, etc) that each team has performed. The "Date Placed" in a timestamp of when the owner entered the transaction, and the "Date Confirmed" is a timestamp of when the commish approved the transaction (if your league requires the commish to approve transactions). If your league does not require your commissioner to approve transactions, these two dates will be the same. The commish has the ability on this screen to delete any of the transactions (but it will not "reverse" the transaction, just delete the "paper trail" of the transaction).
