This only applies if your league has been setup such that the commissioner must approve any free agent pickup or drop. Any trades that you submit will also show up in this category just like the free agent pickups and drops. If another owner has submitted a trade request to you, it will show up in the category, and you will have the option of approving it or declining it. Note that for any transactions that you have submitted, you have the option to rescind the transaction. This is useful if you have submitted a trade and no longer want to make the offer, or if you have submitted a pickup request for the wrong player.

If you submit a free agent pickup and drop that does not require commissioner approval, it will automatically be approved and it will show up in this category. If you submitted a trade request, and the other approved it (and the commissioner approved it if needed), it will show up in this category. Any trades submitted to you that you approved will also show in this category.
